You Are:

An inspiring leader with a proven track record in managing and leading teams focused on IP product development. You thrive in a matrixed, international, and team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders. p>

Ideally you are an expert in PCI Express and ARM based SOC architectures around PCI Express that enables you to drive product definition and roadmaps.

You are a leader with previous digital controller development background and experience in managing large R&D digital teams.

You can leverage your expertise in leading innovative world class IP solutions in driving quality from a functional and physical implementation feasibility, leading across a multi-site team to communicate the product vision, understand problems, and find solutions to create a leading-edge design.

You have a deep understanding of digital design principles that enables you to lead complex projects. You excel in environments that require strategic thinking and have a proven track record of implementing goals that impact corporate sub-functions or business units. p>

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ultimately responsible for delivering on time, as per committed plan-of-record, the PCIe/CXL product portfolio ensuring functional quality, physical feasibility and smooth customer experience
  • Leading and managing large teams of R&D engineers focused on developing digital IP controllers, namely PCIe/CXL, to the product line’s plan-of-record
  • Ensure that the team capacity and team structure are setup to meet market demand. li>
  • Managing cross-functional collaboration with marketing, support organizations, methodology team and MSIP PHY teamto ensure aligned objectives across all stakeholders
  • Adapting to methodologies and physically aware sign-off metrics as defined by methodology and physical design sign-off teams
  • Manage project scope, project schedule, project resource costs and project risk. Review project convergence metrics with team, identifying risks early and mitigate against such risk. Align with management on project resource needs and trade-offs.
