**Summary**

With the support and direction of the Atlific Leadership team, on behalf of our hotels’ owners, we are seeking a generalist, with leadership experience in a multi department organization to assist our Toronto and London hotels with all aspects of human resources. In addition the Regional HRM will liaise with our corporate office on issues of payroll and benefit programs. Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage as is experience with collective bargaining.

Reporting to the **Area Director, Toronto & London**, the position overall is responsible for:

- The development and care of our talent and culture
- Recruitment - selection and retention
- Payroll, compensation and Benefits
- Maintain applicable government programmes (pay equity - and other)
- Health and Safety
- Training and development
- Performance management
- Coaching, mentoring and succession planning
- The alignment of activities and policies that complement our objectives and the overall Guest Service Experience

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record in program management

*Some travel involved driving to London, ON.
