- Managed Solutions are a critical tool in advancing TD Wealth's growth goals and strategies for Investment Management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Managed Solutions the Manager, Managed Solutions, will work alongside a team of professionals within Investment Management Business Transformation & Enablement to support the day-to-day management, strategic development, and future-state evolution of managed platforms and programs at TD Private Wealth Management. Specifically, the Manager will be accountable for the following:

- Support the growth of scalable investment management practices by contributing to managed solutions strategic initiatives, generating insights, and identifying and implementing innovations that drive platform acquisition and capability enhancements
- Play a leading role in pain point identification, resolution, and issue management efforts to drive advisor and client experience, operational productivity, and other process and platform improvement opportunities
- Partner with Business Architecture, Technology, NEW, and external vendors to ensure our platforms provide user-valued scalable portfolio management and are continually updated in accordance with business, advisor, and client needs
- Contribute to platform and program-related data and analytics efforts, executive dashboard creation, KPI/OKR tracking, and research/competitive intelligence to inform strategy, and growth and enhancement initiatives
- Maintain internal team and advisor-facing product policies and procedures, and other materials as required, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant with requirements, and audit-ready
- Develop executive and field presentation materials to communicate platform details including key metrics, features and functionality, performance, and other insights
- Support resolution of inbound platform/program inquiries from the field, collaborating with business partners and colleagues on the Managed Solutions team
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and foster proactive and productive relationships with Wealth partners, including channel and support partners in National Office, Operations, National Sales Office, etc.
- Participate fully and actively as a leader within the Managed Solutions team and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive, and caring team culture and working environment

**Job Requirements**

**Education/Accreditations**:

- University degree in business, finance or related discipline required; Master's degree or MBA considered an asset
- CSC and/or CFA designation preferred
- Other financial or securities licenses, registrations, or designations considered an asset

**Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience**
- 7+ years of relevant wealth management or investment industry experience (channel/distribution, finance, control partners, technology functions)
- Excellent financial acumen and understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Prior experience working with wealth products or dealing directly with advisors and distribution partners is considered an asset
- Prior experience working with investment and portfolio management platforms and software (e.g. Wealth 360, Croesus, etc.) is considered an asset
- Superior attention to detail, and problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and proficiency coordinating and partnering with various stakeholders
- Aptitude and ability to deal with issues at a high (strategy) level as well as at a detailed, hands-on level.
- Ability to work as both part of a team and independently to complete complex tasks
