As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our projects.
As a Project Manager at Maximus Solutions, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering various projects within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including but not limited to:
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Managing resources, including budget, time, and personnel, to ensure project success
- Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to project management best practices, processes, and standards
- Facilitating project post-mortems and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
