**Responsibilities**:

- Manage assigned repair/work orders, projects and collaborate with staff & vendors.
- Complete tasks within units and shared spaces promptly.
- Handle repairs, basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Inspect and maintain grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Adhere to local laws and safety protocols.
- Ensure a clean and secure work environment.
- Engage in emergency on-call procedures as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards.

**Salary**: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
