Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Lead and supervise store staff, including training, development, and performance management
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Knowledge of payroll processes and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
