Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Maintain accurate records and files using QuickBooks and other office software.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers, efficiently.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures or dental receptionist duties is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team are essential.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

- Secondary School (preferred)
