Modern, revolutionary, and boutique - Oxygen Yoga and Fitness offers a variety and unique classes in our hot studio for all fitness levels.

**Oxygen Yoga and Fitness is hiring for part-time position (approx. 15 +/- hrs. per week) for Front Desk/Customer Service, with minimum 1 years’ experience.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING**:

- Following and understanding Oxygen's sales processes. The main focus of this position is member engagement, promoting and selling memberships to new members, renewing or up-selling memberships to current members;
Conducting orientation and tours of the studio;
- Schedule and member profile management;
- Daily digital communications with new clients who have visited the studio and existing members;
- Knowledge of Oxygen’s pricing and sales promotions;
- Cleaning and maintenance of studio;
- Social media content creation and management;
- Additional duties as required.

**YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM SHALL INCLUDE**:

- Creating strong, lasting rapports with members, customers, and staff;
- Handling all new and existing member purchases and handling memberships and all inquiries;
- Represent the studio in a professional manner, welcoming all members and guests.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:

- High-energy, personable, positive, and confident personality with front desk and sales/customer service experience;
- A multi-tasker with impeccable organizational skills;
- Mindbody knowledge an asset;
- Knowledge of social media and content creation an asset.

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.50 per hour
