**Position Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with other Boyle Street managers and staff to ensure there is appropriate coordination among programs.
- Foster/Maintain team communication to ensure teams are working collaboratively and in a safe and healthy working environment.
- Maintain, delegate, and balance staff responsibilities.
- Work with Human Resources for all recruitment needs, ensure all organizational procedures are followed throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the Outreach and Support Workers with case review and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Work co-operatively as part of a team; this role is responsible for facilitating meetings and educational workshops for staff and community members
- Support partnership efforts with other agencies, including cross-agency case planning and participating in committees and events involving the funder and other agencies.
- Build rapport with individuals, couples and families that are referred to the program.
- Maintain team communication and ensure safety protocols are observed.
- BSCS is more than a workplace. It is a community where everyone helps and contributes to the whole, and there is an expectation that all employees will take part in events (during the work week and occasionally during weekends and evenings). This includes fundraising campaigns, running community meals, medicine picking etc.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field and/or relevant work experience
- Minimum one year of experience in leading and building teams.
- Minimum two years of experience delivering community-based services.
- Police Check with the Vulnerable Sector and Child and Youth Intervention Check completed within the past six months
- Valid First Aid certificate or enrolled in a future course
- Valid Class 5 non GDL license and access to a reliable vehicle
