**Total Cash Compensation**:
Full Time Salaried - Exempt position working days primarily Monday - Friday. Shared on-call rotation.

75k-100k + Profit Sharing Target based on individual and company performance. Profit Sharing Bonus paid out 2x per year.

**Your challenge**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, and as a member of the Line Centric Team (LCT), the Reliability Lead - Paper Mill supports the paper mill department by improving the equipment reliability. They prioritize work that needs to be done on maintenance shutdowns, follow-up on breakdowns, and work with the reliability and maintenance department to develop Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (PdM and PM) work to maximize uptime.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical), Skilled Trades License (Millwright, Electrician, Instrumentation), or minimum 5 years of experience working in a paper mill environment within Operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry
- Experience working with CMMS (SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.) is considered an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Project is considered an asset
