**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assess details on incoming Contractor Employee Requests (CER’s), including required qualifications and experience for each position.
- Ensure all Contractor Employee Requests (CERs) are filled in adherence with service standards in place through the Community Benefits Agreement and the BCIB Contractor Agreement.
- Track and report required data accurately, including compliance with the CBA Hiring Process and Priority Hiring.
- Work collaboratively to build equity placement reports for the team and senior management.
- Collaborates with project contractor and sub-contractors through the site operations team to ensure up to date demand concerns are noted and addressed.
- Participate in workforce forecasting meetings and communicate anticipated workforce demand pressures to Union Dispatch Offices.
- Other duties as required to support Workforce Operations

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Business Administration or Human Resources Diploma is an asset.
- 3 years of performing data processing and analysis.
- Experience working with a construction trade regulation is an asset.
- Experience working with marginalized populations and/or targeted equity groups considered an asset.
- Experience dealing with external stakeholders and managing complex situations.
- Experience using Salesforce client management system considered an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Work Schedule**:

**Hybrid**:

- BCIB currently follows a hybrid schedule where employees work from the office a minimum of three days, based on the needs, and demands of the role, more days may be required.

**Compensation**:
The range offered for this position is: $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
