**Job Summary**:
In this role you will be reporting to the Manager, Workforce Deployment. The Representative, Workforce Deployment, will fulfill a variety of duties ranging from coordinating employee dispatch requests from our project sites, data entry, data tracking, ensuring priority hiring sequences are followed and executed as set forth in the CBA, as well as other duties as required.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Process requests for workers from a variety of contractors across a variety of trades.
- Ensure timely creation of contractor and employee profiles within the Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with contractors and union partners throughout the Workforce Deployment Process.
- Monitor and enforce apprenticeship and trainee ratios as per the CBA.
- Coordinate new worker onboarding and Respectful On-Site Initiative training with other departments.
- Accurately input information and track communication records
- Ensure all workers are dispatched in compliance with the CBA.
- Participate in workforce forecasting meetings to discuss anticipated workforce demand and identify potential supply concerns.
- Inform and support initiatives led by other departments and external stakeholders related to the supply of qualified workers.
- Other duties as required to support Workforce Operations
**Qualifications & Years of Experience**:
- Business Administration Diploma or a related degree.
- Business Administration Degree is an asset.
- Three years of experience in performing data processing and analysis, and dispatch operations.
- Experienced in multitasking and managing multiple requests and workflows at any given time.
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while working.
- Strong interpersonal skills while operating in a fast -paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within team settings.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced with conflict resolution.
- Ability to adapt to organizational, process, and system changes.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- This role has no supervisory responsibilities
**Work Schedule**:
**Full time**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
**Hybrid**: BCIB currently follows a hybrid schedule where employees work from the BCIB head office a minimum of three days. Based on the needs and demands of the role, more days may be required.
**Compensation**:
The range offered for this position is: $65,000 - $70,000 annually.
