Magenta Exterior Solutions is seeking a highly skilled, organized and experienced person to join our team as the Sales and Marketing Manager to assist with the advertising and selling of our company's services and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead our Sales and Marketing teams and should have a strong sales background and in-depth understanding of marketing, including proficiency in social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new services/products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, creating Sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and closing sales deals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms to create and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to effectively position and sell company products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and sales training to customers and sales team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to optimize team performance and achieve sales goals.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain and use the Dynamics 365 CRM
- Automate sales flows and train AI to complete tasks

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and/or related sales experience, a proven track record of at least 5 years of successful sales experience, including experience leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, proficiency in social media platforms and experience with online sales tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to travel as needed for sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

We offer competitive compensation packages which include a base salary of $70K-$120K based on experience and level of hire, a compensation package on commissions earned, as well as benefits and opportunities for career growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction: 5 years (preferred)
