Calgary, Canada Comtech (Communication Technologies) Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support
- File and record keeping for all PO’s, quotes and estimation documentation.
- Manage and update CRM system.
- Opportunity research and tracking.

Sales Documentation
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other related documents.
- Vendor quote requests for materials and equipment.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete and follows company branding guidelines.

Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, vendors, distributors, and partners.
- Uphold a collaborative team environment.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years office experience in an administrative or sales role.
- Post Secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- Experience with bid searches (using various online RFQ platforms) and proposal submission process.
- Social Media experience considered an asset.
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong people/communication skills to interface with customers when required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Organized / attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
