We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Administrator** to join our team and support our sales operations.

**Position Overview**:
The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and helping to drive efficiency in the sales process. You will assist with processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales department. This is an ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory levels in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and assist with forecasting.
- **Sales Team Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.
- **Liaison with Other Departments**: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of any issues.
- **Document Management**: Ensure that all sales-related documents are filed and organized, both digitally and physically.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Attributes**:

- Proactive, with a strong ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP systems or sales-related software.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Prior experience in solar is a plus.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
