Nous avons tout d’abord lancé les cartes d’achat de carburant, et nous offrons aujourd’hui un ensemble de solutions, notamment de mobilité électrique et de services de mobilité, visant à aider les clients - de toutes les tailles, de tous les secteurs et à différentes étapes de leur parcours de décarbonisation - qui exploitent des parcs de véhicules.

Nous recherchons une ou un aspirant professionnel des ventes avide de répondre aux attentes des clients. Le directeur ou la directrice de comptes clés fait partie de l’équipe canadienne des ventes et veillera à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients qui exploitent des parcs de véhicules dans toutes les provinces, ainsi qu’à la gestion et à la croissance de ce portefeuille. Les exploitants de parcs de véhicules ciblés font partie de divers secteurs industriels (p. ex., services de messagerie, construction, établissements concessionnaires, livraison au dernier mille et services) et la taille de leur parc varie de 25 à 100 véhicules (principalement des automobiles et camions de poids léger et moyen).

Remarque : Il s’agit d’un poste virtuel dont le titulaire peut travailler n’importe où au Canada.

Responsabilités
- Planifier, surveiller et atteindre les cibles de croissance du volume des carburants et les cibles associées en matière de marge en acquérant de nouveaux clients et en faisant croître la part de portefeuille existante de clients.
- Trouver de nouveaux clients potentiels grâce au réseautage externe et à divers outils et stratégies de vente.
- Établir et maintenir des relations commerciales à long terme avec les comptes clés et les intervenants externes.
- Démontrer des capacités exceptionnelles en exploration et en présentation grâce à une excellente connaissance des produits et des services, notamment en s’appuyant sur l’expérience et la confiance acquises dans le cadre des ventes virtuelles.
- Optimiser la rentabilité des comptes clés existants grâce à l’utilisation efficace de notre proposition de valeur aux clients, des synergies commerciales intersectorielles, des promotions tactiques et d’un ensemble de techniques de vente.
- Favoriser l’augmentation des revenus auxiliaires et diriger la transition énergétique de Shell et le programme de décarbonisation dans votre région.
- Se tenir au courant de l’offre de la concurrence lorsque c’est pertinent, négocier et réfuter les objections avec confiance.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe de vente et les partenaires tiers afin d’atteindre des objectifs communs et d’assurer le plus haut niveau possible de satisfaction des clients.
- Soutenir notre directeur ou directrice de comptes clés mondiaux, Est en exécutant diverses tâches administratives de façon à engager et à retenir nos comptes francophones.
- Souhaiter fortement répondre aux demandes des clients en mettant à profit ses grandes capacités d’analyse et son souci du détail.

Capacités et exigences
- De 1 à 2 années d’expérience pertinente à un rôle semblable, dans le secteur des ventes
- Études de niveau postsecondaire dans un secteur lié aux ventes ou aux affaires
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) : parfaite connaissance des deux langues à l’écrit et à l’oral, un atout essentiel
- Connaissance et expérience des secteurs suivants : détail, paiements, services de mobilité, services d’entretien automobile et gestion de parc de véhicules
- Grande aisance à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement virtuel sous une supervision limitée
- Satisfaction des exigences de la loi pour travailler à temps plein au Canada pour le compte de n’importe quel employeur en dehors de son employeur actuel

Exigences en matière de déplacement
- Des déplacements limités sont requis pour rencontrer les clients
- Des déplacements au Canada ou aux États-Unis pourraient être requis 2 à 3 fois par année
