Aroh Inc. provides specialized wayfinding solutions for senior living, long term care, multi-residential, and health centres, addressing the unique needs of these sectors.

For us, wayfinding signage is not just a utilitarian necessity; it's there to support the building’s interior design. By partnering with interior designers and architects, we ensure that our wayfinding solutions seamlessly integrate with and enhance their design vision, creating cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management & Development**:

- Forge and nurture strategic relationships with Interior Designers, Developers, and Architects.
- Collaborate closely with our operations team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide expert support our partners through their design and development process.
- Deliver compelling presentations to key partners both in-person and virtually. Showcasing the value of Aroh’s solutions.
- Continuously cultivate new client relationships while maintaining existing client connections to drive long-term business success.
- Oversee sales activities, including quotations, budget planning, client negotiations, and customer management.

**Market Expansion**:

- Leverage Aroh’s core business development process to strategically expand Aroh’s presence in core markets.
- Collaborate with the Leadership and Marketing teams to develop growth strategies that align with market demands and company ambitions.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to increase market share. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with precision and foresight.

**Sales & Target Achievement**:

- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on business development activities, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and success.
- Represent Aroh at industry trade shows and networking events, building brand awareness and fostering industry connections.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Demonstrated passion for interior design.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B business development with Interior Designers and Architects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- In-depth understanding of the construction market, with the ability to navigate its complexities.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends to better serve clients.
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Solution-oriented, curious, and empathetic approach to client needs.
- Results-oriented and motivated by achieving and surpassing targets.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous detail-oriented.
- A passion for interior design and a proven track record for sales success.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Total salary is a combination of a base salary + commission on current clients between $70,000 - $75,000
- Additionally, any new recognized revenue from new clients would incur a variable compensation increase.
