**Now Hiring: Guest Experience Specialist**

Are you ready to be a driving force behind our company's success? We're seeking an experienced Guest Experience Specialist to elevate our guest experience to new heights. As a vital part of our Guest Experience Team, you'll create magical moments that keep visitors coming back for more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cross-Departmental Communication**: Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Communications to address areas for improvement.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report daily review scores, identifying trends and areas of focus.
- **Personalized Experiences**: Add unique "surprise & delights" to enhance each guest's stay.
- **Mid-Stay Check-Ins**: Ensure long-term guests' expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
- **Property Visits**: Regularly visit our units across HRM to fine-tune experiences and implement improvements.
- **Enhanced Review Scores**: Implement strategies to boost review scores for specific units.
- **Repeat Guest Engagement**: Welcome back returning guests with warmth and familiarity.
- **Review Solicitation**: Follow up with satisfied guests to encourage reviews, driving our online reputation.
- **Local Partnerships**: Collaborate with the Guest Services team to forge partnerships with local suppliers and attractions, adding value to every stay.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a guest-facing role within hospitality, demonstrating a track record of exceptional guest satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for personalization.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every guest touchpoint is flawless.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to proactively identify issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
- **Positive Attitude**: A passion for creating memorable experiences, even in the smallest details.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with various review platforms and eager to learn new systems.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with Nova Scotia or a keen interest in exploring and promoting the region.
- **Flexibility**: if needed, willingness to work weekends and evenings, accommodating guest needs.
- **Drive**: Self-motivated, ambitious, and a determination to achieve targets.
- **Residency**:You live in Halifax
- **Work permit**: You have a valid work permit for Canada
- **Drivers license**: Required
- **Car**:A plus, but not a requirement

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
