**Job Summary**
**Position Overview**: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative fluent in Mandarin to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our business in Mandarin-speaking markets, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions in Mandarin.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Create tailored proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer insights.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline activities.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and manage leads.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in [industry/sector].
- **Language**: Fluency in Mandarin (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
