Job Description: Call Center Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer service
- Meet or exceed call center performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve team objectives

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités:

- Répondre aux appels entrants et répondre aux demandes des clients de manière professionnelle et courtoise
- Fournir des informations précises sur les produits, les services et les politiques de l'entreprise
- Traiter les plaintes des clients, fournir des solutions appropriées et faire remonter les problèmes au besoin
- Maintenir les dossiers des clients en mettant à jour les informations de compte et en documentant les interactions
- Suivre les scripts de communication et les directives pour assurer un service client cohérent et efficace
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de performance du centre d'appels, y compris le temps de traitement des appels et les mesures de satisfaction client
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe et les superviseurs pour améliorer les processus et atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe

Qualifications:

- Une expérience antérieure dans un centre d'appels ou un rôle de service à la clientèle est préférable mais pas obligatoire
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à réfléchir rapidement sur vos pieds
- Capacité à gérer des volumes d'appels élevés tout en conservant professionnalisme et composition
- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique
- Capacité à s'adapter à l'évolution des priorités et à bien travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
