**Job Summary / Purpose**:
The Staffing Manager will be responsible to start, assign, and retain our clients. This position will provide support to our Client Success Managers with writing care plans, staffing new and existing clients, and dealing with last-minute requests and emergencies. This position requires someone who is organized, detailed and works well under pressure.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling Caregivers, PABs, and LPNs by matching the staffing requirements of our clients
- Contact Caregivers, PABs, and LPNs to determine availability
- Match Caregivers, PABs, and LPNs to facility client requests
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers
- Manages requests in a timely manner, based on priority
- Update Scheduling Software (ClearCare)
- Record and document all requests, schedules and communications into scheduling software program
- Assist with payroll and invoicing issue investigations
- Participate in special projects and meetings as assigned by the Supervisor
- Staffing Office Meets target goals related to staffing productivity indicators; (inbound/outbound calls fill rates, offering staff out.
- Other duties as required.

**Required Skills, Education and Certifications**:

- College or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Previous experience in medical field preferred
- Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately notes in system related to client visits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
