Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne dynamique et passionnée pour combler le poste de réceptionniste à temps pleine

**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Accueil des patients et répondre aux différentes demandes de ces derniers
- Informer les patients des services offerts à la clinique
- Répondre au téléphone et veiller à bien diriger les appels selon les demandes
- Gestion des rendez-vous
- Recherche de renseignements selon les besoins
- Aider à la gestion de dossiers des patients.
- Numérisation

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellente connaissance des logiciels en général
- Anglais / français obligatoire
- Expérience dans un poste similaire est un atout majeur
- La connaissance du secteur médical est un atout majeur

- Sens de l'organisation
- Sens de l'observation, souci du détail et du patient
- Dynamique, entregent et courtoisie
- Esprit d'équipe

- Habileté à effectuer des tâches multiples

We are a medical clinic, located in Westmount.

We are presently looking for a dynamic and passionate person to fill the position of full-time receptionist

**TASKS**
- Welcome patients and answer their queries
- Inform patients of the services of the clinic
- Answer and properly direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments
- Research information (results, referrals, etc.) as needed
- Assist in medical chart keeping/processing
- Scanning

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Computer skilled
- Bilingual (French/English) a must
- Experience in a similar position is an asset
- Medical experience is an asset

**APTITUDES**

- Detail-oriented
- Dynamic, well-spoken and courteous
- Team player
- Punctual
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
