**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Process Evaluation: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes.
- Solution Design: Design innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Change Management: Develop change management strategies and facilitate the implementation of process improvements.
- Documentation: Document process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify further opportunities for optimization and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is preferred.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
