**Type of position**: Regular

**Description**

Join BBA’s Information Technology (IT) team and actively provide exceptional IT support to users by responding to Level 1 and 2 requests. You’ll need your sense of responsibility, rigour and ability to work with your colleagues every day. This position is assigned to the Montréal office (hybrid work mode).

**An overview of your future role at BBA**
- Provide technical support to users by diagnosing hardware and software failures and issues and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Analyze problems to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
- Perform updates, install and configure workstations and software.
- Maintain relationships with other groups in the IT department to optimize ongoing operations.
- Participate in various projects as a client representative.
- Plan and monitor tasks for your work.
- Help develop and maintain usage, material allocation and security policies.
- Ensure that methodological standards are followed and maintain up-to-date and adequate process and incident documentation according to the established procedure.

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- DVS in IT Support
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Good knowledge of computer equipment maintenance
- Available to work shifts that may vary somewhat
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Asset: experience working in a virtual environment (Citrix)
