**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Act as a leader within development teams to track procurement deliverables for projects under his/her responsibility;
Evaluate and plan deliverables throughout the project development cycle to propose and adopt a global procurement plan.

Analyze, justify and communicate the various opportunities and risks the organization will face in project development with respect to procurement strategies, assembly capacity, and in-house manufacturing;
Participate and/or present delivery statuses for projects under its governance;
Coordinate the procurement of parts according to NPD (New Product Development) deliverables, and influence and support all project stakeholders through constant follow-up, from prototype to production launch;
Monitor project costs, justify variances and influence decisions in line with corporate strategies;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and act as a change agent for the team and our various partners.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related discipline;
5 years of relevant experience in procurement and project management;
Bilingualism essential, both oral and written, as the person in this role will be representing BRP to suppliers internationally (French/English). Spanish is an asset.

Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and communication skills;
Dynamic, versatile, autonomous, rigorous and structured.

Excellent analytical, influencing and mobilization skills;
Knowledge of SAP integrated software;
Available to travel occasionally.

The position is based in Valcourt, with the possibility of partial telecommuting.
