YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Influence Network**:
Establish a strong and bilateral link between engineering and the different departments related to manufacturing operations site in Mexico.
Key communication & influence role, provide technical assembly expertise to R&D as a reference person, to facilitate and optimize the product introduction.
Active Participation in putting new Side by Side platforms into production in a constant changing environment (Mexico facilities).
**Organize, synthesize and report**:
**Coordinate New Product Development activities**: (NPD)
- Accountable for early gates manufacturing sector activities
- Participant in late gates manufacturing sector activities

Coordinate the different necessary governances related to the product introduction process
- Management level: (Project review)
- Team Level: (Sector deliverables)

Represent the Manufacturing site in different Project Governances
Propose pre-production schedule considering manufacturing, engineering and marketing needs in collaboration with the "Production planning department";
- Objective: Flawless manufacture introduction plan & Meeting BRP's needs for event vehicles.

**Manufacturing Strategy**:
Promote the Design for Assembly (DFA), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Etc. vision to engineering to ensure compliance with the objectives and vision of the assembly.
Promote modularity, standardization, Poka-Yoke and complexity management to optimize manufacturing cost, lean manufacturing and Good the first time.
Act with respect to Health and Safety & Ergonomics for our workers in our tooling design, sequence of assembly, use of toxic products, etc.
**Finance**:
Coordinate Business Case of new assemblies and / or transformation projects.
Operational ( Opex) & Capital expenditure ( Capex).... Respect the allowed budget defined.
**Continuous improvement**:
Share expertise and offer advice to a new team in an international context (Mexico).
Support the improvement / benchmarking of our NPD tools to facilitate the identification of opportunities for improvement and/or standardization of our processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's or collegial degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the field
English mandatory both oral and written - other language skills a plus (Spanish, French)
Project management experience
Strong interpersonal skills & Communication.
Very good influence capacity, teamwork and collaborator.
One-piece flow, mix model
Good command of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and SAP.
Be available to travel (Mexico).
