**Job Summary**

DART’s marketing mission is to develop and maintain DART’s brand identity all while executing on best-in-class marketing strategies to support sales in delivering a high level of customer experience and gain in market share. We are therefore looking for a passionate individual who will successfully manage and execute various marketing projects to improve the overall business and support its future growth.

**Marketing Responsibilities**
- Campaign Strategy Responsibilities;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and recommend changes & improvements to processes;
- Collaborate with sales and product strategy teams to understand the sales cycle and develop messaging to prospects until they are ready to buy;
- Branding & Events Responsibilities;
- Coordinate branding projects & maintain brand reputation through various platforms
- Plans and organize trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing suppliers, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating internal parties;
- Identify marketing synergies through newly acquired companies & coordinate the marketing integration to DART.

**ECommerce Responsibilities**
- Ecommerce maintenance, improvements and evolution
- CMS maintenance
- Ensuring online performance of the website
- Troubleshoot issues during client-commerce interactions
- Work with dev team to improve processes
- Track and analyze website performance
- Set-up online ad campaigns to drive traffic and increase engagement

**Qualifications**
- Strong skillset in project management and resource management;
- Proven working experience in digital & traditional marketing and in a sales-driven environment;
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO Profiler);
- Works well in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to adapt in an evolving industry;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment;
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing resources, budgets and project planners;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and project management;
- Experience with developing long and short form content;
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an asset.
