**Client Care Specialist - North York (Hybrid)**

As a **Client Care Specialist,** you possess a strong track record for delivering an exceptionally high level of enthusiastic customer service. You are a highly motivated and organized self-starter with an eye for detail, able to support our Customers and Account Executives alike. Your immense professional conduct and outstanding customer service drives you in everything that you do. When people have questions; you have the answers.

- Work both independently and as a team member in order to support our amazing Account Executives.
- Commit to learning as much as you can about the vehicle leasing industry.

- Commit to obtaining, and maintaining, an OMVIC license.

A sample of what you’ll be doing?
- Maintaining CRM records, quotes and contact information.
- Completing file preparation for new leases, extensions, assignments and security agreements.
- Reaching out to clients regarding regularly scheduled communication touchpoints and follow ups including Lease Maturity Letters.
- Review vehicle contracts and ensure department files are complete and properly prepared.
- Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Sales Director.
- Assist with Delivery Board tracking.
- Be the CRM guru and work with the Sales Team to manage CRM ensuring workflow efficiency.
- Confirm insurance coverage on all vehicle deliveries.
- PPSA registrations, renewals, discharges, partial discharges, amendments and searches
