**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into our computerized systems.
- Assist with filing and maintaining office records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
- Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with clinic procedures is advantageous but not required.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using office software, particularly Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
