**Adfast is currently seeking an Accounting clerk**

Under the responsibility of the VP Finance, the Accounting Clerk is responsible to provide general administrative support to all members of the accounting department and to participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects.

**Working Conditions**:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Hybrid formula

Status : Permanent

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily mail processing and forward incoming letters to the appropriate person;
- Complete management of the accounts receivable mailbox;
- Provide monthly support to customers on all matters relating to account statements;
- Process Canadian and U.S. cheques received by mail/messenger on a daily basis (sorting, scanning, endorsing, recording, classifying)
- Record various types of deposits in our ERP system;
- Record credit card payments in ERP system;
- Enter customer order/invoice data into the various EDI systems;
- Send missing invoices as requested by customers;
- Any other related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree in accounting or other similar program
- Experience in accounting (an asset)
- Experience working with an ERP system (an asset)
- Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Bilingualism required, spoken and written (French, English).
