**Who You Are and What You'll Do**

The Master Data CD (Customer Development) Associate will lead & oversee data accuracy, completeness & timeliness for trading partners & customer development to extract data from systems. This data is extremely important and integrated into various areas of the organization. This position works closely with Customer Development, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Data Management Organization and GS1
- Own ECCnet process: Lead the ECCnet tracker process with various departments & identify any inconsistencies
- Communicate publication items into ECCnet and monitors progress to confirm items are extracted on time & in full to meet retailer requirements
- Update tracker with essential data to ensure everything is aligned and accounted for
- Product certification in GS1
- Ship product to GS1 for imaging & other services & create associated documents
- Investigate and addresses retailer discrepancies identified as well as incomplete items
- Analyze data to ensure all ECCnet databases are up-to-date
- Lead the meetings with GS1 & other internal meetings & action as appropriate
- Attend various GS1 work groups to stay abreast of industry standards and changes and represent Unilever and communicate any changes back to organization
- Update Master data Specialist process documentation
- Execute and maintain record of performance
- Manage payments: Create DOs for invoice,, process invoices & track payment
- Continuous improvement & create efficiencies in tasks
- Lead updates or upgrades to GS1 data/functionality

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Undergraduate degree required with some Master data, GS1/ECCnet experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of SAP and Sales force
- Personal leadership and owners mindset
- Passion and dedication to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated, Service minded, solution-focused attitude
- Curious and constantly seeking to learn & create efficiencies
- Detail oriented, yet mastered the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Strong analytical skills - can leverage technology & tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint
