**About the role**:
Reporting to the Master Data Supervisor, the Master Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to various aspects of the product lifecycle. They will be responsible for product governance, validating product specifications, and maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within the ERP system. The Master Data Analyst plays a key role in shaping product strategies and delivering value to both customers and the organization.

**You will**:

- Accurately input and update product-related data into the ERP system (Pronto), ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Work with multilevel departments to investigate errors when entering product information in the ERP system.
- Conduct routine audits and quality checks on product data to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
- Validate finished goods product specifications and attributes to ensure product data is accurately detailed.
- Manage product specifications and attributes within the system, including dimensions, weight, box data, route information, and box size information.
- Update hierarchy and description change requests.
- Generate reports and documentation summarizing key product data metrics, trends, and findings for the product management team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment on data entry requirements and priorities.

**Your qualifications include**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience of previous or relevant work experience working with an ERP system.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in product management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, vLookUp).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
