Administrative Assistant

Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we require an individual who is motivated, driven and have a passion for providing the highest quality customer service. Previous experience in administration is desirable however it’s not essential, the right individual should have the willingness to learn.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience in a high volume environment (dealing with many orders every day)
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Some training will be provided but ideally you could hit the ground running.
- Experience using software such as Xero, Unleashed, Stripe, and Ziva is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience maintaining online stores such as eBay and Amazon desirable, but not essential
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide support to our customers
- Run reports to support our accounts team
- Undertake inventory control and ordering
- Manage our online store, including keeping it up to date and making continuous improvements
- Take accountability for reviewing content for social media and marketing activities
- Packing and postage of parts
- Entering incoming bills
- Resolve any shipping issues that may arise
- Provide support to the owner on a day-to-day basis, as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
