**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Communicate with new and existing customers
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of communication with customers
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize BuilderTrend for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Support financial operations by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate office activities and assist in maintaining a productive work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and BuilderTrend is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
