As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will provide customer service to both internal and external customers by managing inquiries, confirming orders, providing pricing, and offering technical advice. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, Canada, you will serve as the senior member of the quotation and project team, offering day-to-day guidance and mentorship to other team members.

You Will:
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organisations to achieve strategic goals.-
- Mentor and support team members with less technical experience, encouraging their development.Recommend pricing strategies and margins for existing and new products.-
- Create and manage technical quotations and submittal packages, ensuring they include technical specifications, pricing considerations, and compliance with Watts commercial policy.-
- Sell technical products and configurations to customers for specific construction projects.-
- Be the technical liaison between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, and platform sales teams.-
- Research and match customer technical specifications with company products, ensuring alignment with project requirements.-
- Contribute to major project sales by reviewing engineer drawings, identifying optimization opportunities, and compiling competitive quotations.-
- Participate in industry trade shows, demonstrating confidence in face-to-face sales interactions.-
- Be a Watts Ambassador, promoting company culture and values within the broader Watts Sales Team.-
- Support the One Watts Performance System for process improvement within the Canadian Sales Team.-
- Be the SAP 'Super User,' providing expertise before and after the system launch.-
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Demand Planners to manage large orders and projects, providing feedback on competitive pricing intelligence. You Have:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.- 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial quotations.- Proven multitasking and time management skills in a client-facing role.- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings.- Familiarity with mainframe systems.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
