**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The Fundraiser will be responsible for engaging with potential donors to raise funds for our organization's initiatives.

**Duties**
- Contact potential donors in-person to explain fundraising goals and initiatives
- Utilize proper etiquette to engage with donors effectively
- Analyze donor feedback and adjust fundraising strategies accordingly
- Upsell donation opportunities to maximize contributions
- Communicate fundraising progress and results to the team
- Provide excellent customer service to donors

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English is required
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong analytical skills to assess donor responses and adapt strategies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales skills to effectively promote donation opportunities
- Clear and concise communication abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
