I am a busy Executive Director for 2 organizations seeking a personal assistant to support both workplace tasks, as well as to support the management of my home.

**The job duties are as follows**:

- Administrative tasks to the Executive i.e. report writing, organizing documents
- Organize the Executive Director's schedule & brief on meetings/ deadlines/ appointments
- Book appointments/ meetings as needed & cancel appoints/ meetings as required
- Support organizational think tanks, creative planning meetings & business development sessions
- Review draft documents, and support with editing
- Support organization of events, fundraisers & attend as needed
- Drop files/ documents off at the head office when the Executive Director is unable to make it
- Support set up of technology & apps
- Support organization of home, spring cleaning (clearing out closets), running donations, supporting grocery pick up, dry cleaning pick-up, feeding of pets, organization of office.
- Support setting up new home in Montreal, some shopping assistance may be required

This role has potential to move from PT to FT, I would like to see how the position supports me within my current roles as I am working towards a start up consultation firm alongside my two ED positions.

**Requirements**:

- Cleared criminal record & background check
- Passport & able to travel internationally for conferences as needed
- Flexibility to travel to other provinces as needed
- Self starter & motivated
- Eager to learn & grow new skills
- Diploma and/ or undergraduate degree preferred, with plans to complete further education
- 1-2 years administration experience
- Well versed in technology
- Cellphone is required
- Access to personal computer/ laptop
- Drivers License and vehicle preferred
- 1-year Customer service experience
- 1-year experience utilization zoom, google suite, asana and slack
- Loves Cat's & Dogs & Good vibes
- Must be bilingual in both French & English (English is a requirement)
- **Location: Montreal, QC**:

- **Start Date: February 1 - March 1, 2023**

**Reimbursement**:

- $19.00 / hr to start
- 50% coverage for individual health benefits package (this does not include family)
- Paid sick & vacation
- Christmas Bonus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
