**Job Description**:
Axis Canada’s team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager in the Mississauga, ON location. This position will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to promote and aid the sale of Axis Communications products and solutions within assigned territory.

What will you do here as an Inside Sales Account Manager?- Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions; recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons- Research, identify and follow up with new prospects and leverage the Sales team to assist- Build and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators and partners- Proactively work with partners to develop strong partnership with Axis and assist with partner growth-
- Motivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities, and determine which customers to pursue and allocate resources to, to best achieve initiatives- Provide technical tours of the Axis Experience Centre (AEC), as well as virtually demonstrate Axis products and solutions- Strategize, solicit and drive attendance to trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities- Stay up to date on Axis products, solutions and tools- Perform other related duties as assigned
Who are we looking for...- Experience in a sales call centre environment- Commitment to external and internal customer satisfaction- Working knowledge of Microsoft office, database systems and CRM tools (CRM, Salesforce, Chat)- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving skills- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to execute- Responsible independent drive- Solid technical skills to include understanding of networking infrastructure
What we believe you will need...- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area- 2+ years in sales driven position
