**Prompt Specialist**

PromptCore is seeking a dynamic and innovative Prompt Specialist to join our company. They will be responsible for crafting and refining language model prompts. This role involves not only the initial creation of prompts but also ongoing evaluation and iterative improvement of prompting techniques. As a Prompt Specialist, you will work at the intersection of language, technology and creativity, contributing to the enhancement of our cutting-edge AI platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prompt Crafting: Develop creative and effective prompts to guide the AI models in generating accurate, relevant and high-quality outputs.
- Iterative Testing Process: Continuously refine and improve prompts through testing, feedback and analysis of model outputs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and content creators to enhance prompt performance.

**QualificationsRequired**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Efficient prompt writing and knowledge of LLM abilities and limitations (**Critical**)
- Strong language, writing, and proofreading skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies

**Preferred**
- Hands-on experience using LLM/Chatbot technology for copywriting, content generation or research.
- Strong understanding of web publishing and online marketing concepts and technologies (SEO, Adtech, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Excel, SQL, Python, or JavaScript (not required but a plus).
