About the Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our Customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience and to contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- In this role you will be responsible for:
- Utilize a technical mindset to analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions
- Familiarize oneself with the SAP system and become proficient in navigating and using it to enter and maintain sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Quote serial products to customers using SAP, ensuring accurate pricing, availability, and delivery information
- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with customers, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive culture within the company
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and technological advancements to provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex technical issues and ensure prompt resolution for customers
- Provide timely and proactive communication to customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and any potential delays or issues
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with software's used in this role, SAP (ERP system), SalesForce (CRM) and standard Microsoft Office programs, considered an asset.
