**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare, clean, inspect, and maintain all rental vehicles according to Quality Assurance standards
- Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned
- Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues
- Process vehicle rentals
- Inform customers about AVIS/BUDGET cars and sell other services and benefits
- Responsible for daily operation of car rental activities

**What we’re looking for**:

- High work performance, standards, and reliability with little supervision
- Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to work any shifts and in a changing environment
- A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills with high priority on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of a second language is a definite asset
- Must have retail sales experience (6 months to 1 year)
- Typing skills required: 20 WPM minimum
- Grade 12 or equivalent
