**What You’ll Do**:
**You’ll act with integrity to**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employ sound judgement to client requirements.
- Interpret policies, practices, and legislation to provide guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Act with a high degree of professionalism in a non-partisan consultative role and exercise the utmost tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

**You’ll support our collaboration as you**:

- Deliver comprehensive human resources support, guidance, and counsel to designated client groups, including Office of the Assembly staff, Independent Members, Caucuses, and various Parliamentary Officers, covering areas such as staffing, classification, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives in enabling organizational goals.

**How You Qualify**:
**You demonstrate excellence through your**:

- Expertise in Human Resources within a business partnership capacity, showcasing strong consulting and relationship management abilities.
- Education and training in HR or equivalent qualifications, including a minimum of a CHRP designation.
- Thorough comprehension of HR methodologies, policies, practices, and procedures spanning a wide range of HR functions.
- Proficiency in delivering HR services that align with the Branch's mandate, objectives, and methodologies, while upholding the Assembly's systems, policies, and practices.
- Capacity to adapt approaches to accommodate the operational philosophies of various work units and address individual client requirements.
