**Job Description**:
The Supply Chain and Warehousing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities at our Richmond Hill site, a private label manufacturer of broth products. This position will lead activities such as receiving, storing goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the efficient delivery of goods for both third party logistics (3PL) and the site.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

- Leading a team across all shifts to maintain site inventory control, including replenishment, inspecting, organizing and tracking all materials transferred in/out from all third-party warehouses and vendors of ingredients, raw materials, pallets, consumable and suppliers
- Leading inventory in & out control measures, including: coordinating pallet counts throughout the network, completing the daily cycle count log, pallet inventory control, reconciliation of inventory on a daily/weekly basis, and conducting inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Working closely with Production Analysts and Production and Quality Team Leaders to ensure proper traceability of raw materials and finished goods
- Leading month end inventory balancing at the site and third-party warehouses on all raw and packaging materials including reconciliations for inventory adjustments
- Investigating, reporting and addressing any inventory deviations at the plant and 3PL on a timely manner
- Implementing inventory control strategies; leading and mentoring Material Handlers.
- Leveraging TreeHouse's Management Operating Structure to improve overall warehouse efficiency to achieve target performance metrics
- Other duties as required

About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:

- Five years of warehouse experience with progressive leadership responsibilities; experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred
- Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems. Detailed SAP experience using all related transaction and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
