**Supply Chain Coordinator - RFT 318**
**Location**: Richmond, BC
**Department**: Supply Chain / Operations
**Salary Range**: $55,000 - $70,000/year
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Supply Chain Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and improving strategies to efficiently meet demand and maintain a seamless supply chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage advanced technologies to ensure optimal inventory management, production scheduling, and distribution processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to accurately forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and create production schedules that meet customer needs while minimizing excess stock.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential cost-saving opportunities. Prepare regular reports for leadership to guide strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Partner with key departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align supply chain activities with broader organizational goals and drive overall business performance.
- Leverage advanced tools such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and AI-driven analytics to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and ensure real-time monitoring of supply chain performance.
- Proactively address any logistics challenges, including shipment delays or inventory shortages, ensuring mínimal disruption to the supply chain and maintaining a high level of service to customers.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret data and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced data analytics tools in a supply chain context is a plus.
- Certification (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is desirable but not required.
