**Overview**
**Duties**
- Calculate and preparation of payroll
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage various accounts using both manual and
computerized bookkeeping systems
- Update and manage general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks for financial data entry and reporting
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and budgeting practices
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday
