Global Functions Technology (GFT) is part of RBC’s Technology and Operations division. **What will you do?**
- Proactively identifies and acts on emerging issues (and works with Development teams) to resolve them in the short and long term. Many of these issues require rapid response and the ability to synthesize multiple technical factors quickly in order to arrive at a workaround or solution within hours.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**
- Strong analytical skill set and strong communication skills. Be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business terms.
- Have working knowledge of ITIL Standards, Methodologies, SDLC, & audit requirements
- Experience working with teams across various geographies. Familiar and comfortable with Change Management activities.
- ** 2+ years of experience in Linux technology platform, relational database.**

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Understanding of SDLC model
- Windows (IIS) and devops tools like - UCD, OCP, Helios etc.
- Knowledge of Postgres DB, network, domains etc.
