**Outline of the Role**:
- Supports Business Analyst on functional requirements with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain.
- Leads design discussions with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain.
- Has strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios.
- Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization.
- Owns making configuration within the selected platforms
- Guides teams to resolve complex and severe technical issues.
- Supports one or more moderately to highly complex business processes
- Undertakes production support and incident management responsibilities
- Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures
- Serves as a team member, sometimes as a business analyst
- Engages with solution architect and engineers to design/configure solutions.
- Leads end-to-end testing as a SME and supports business stakeholders during UAT.
**Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements**:
- Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- Possess expert level understanding of software development practices and project life cycles.
- 4+ years as Systems Analyst; 6+ years in IT
- Experience with CBX Software.
- Experience with Smartsheet’s.
- Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting complex software systems, including production support.
- Experience setting up support processes, monitoring/alerting/dashboarding for production software systems and interpreting telemetry.
- Experience in a retail environment is an asset.
- Has good understanding of development platforms (packaged and/or custom) within a functional domain.
- Understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
