We couldn't have created Canada's biggest food delivery network without amazing restaurant partners. Our Restaurant Success team is responsible for acquiring those partners, welcoming them into our community and ensuring we are creating long lasting relationships built on value and trust. Creating a marketplace that meets every consumer's needs requires a breadth of restaurant choice for every occasion. Working at SkipTheDishes as a Salesforce and Technical Lead you will be responsible for working with business analysts, administrators, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce CRM solution. We are looking for a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement Team team which is focused primarily on supporting the Canadian Market.

**What's On Your Plate**:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solutions
- Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of Salesforce solutions
- Recommend effective technology solutions for business challenges
- Lead technical discussions with key stakeholders
- Experience raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate
- Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM

**Recipe for Success**:

- In-depth Salesforce experience (4+ years)
- Experience in a non-mature Salesforce environment
- Advanced programming experience (building APEX code/classes, triggers, integration's, Visualforce/ UI components)
- Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
- Has experience leading initiatives that require business change
- Well rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement
- 3+ years of leading technical project teams
- A desire to take ownership of ambitious projects
- Great people skills - you know how to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Well organised - you're able to prioritise and manage multiple workloads in a fast paced industry
- Razor sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A keen interest in the food industry and the world of restaurants
