**Position Title: SalesForce Lead**
**Position Location: Remote**
**Position Duration: 12 Months +**
- Design and implement highly scalable and reliable cloud-based platform solutions.
- Design and develop software solutions for complex business problems in Salesforce.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical best practices.
- Provide technical analysis and solutions to issues and technical direction to the team.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $53.00-$62.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
