if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, trendy environment, you’re in the right place you will often be the first and final contact for our guests, so you must be enthusiastic, exceptionally capable, and have great energy in order to manage the flow of the shop, and ensure that every guest has a 10/10 experience

**tasks include (but are not limited to)**:
coordinating the guest experience to ensure an exceptional experience from beginning to end by:

- answering phones and booking appointments
- greeting every guest that walks in the door with a warm and friendly smile
- checking guests in and helping them get settled (offer a drink, take their coat, offer help related to their service)
- cashing guests out, making sure they had a great experience and encouraging rebooking + retail sales

**additional tasks include (but are not limited to)**:

- assisting esthetic experts with their guests (wrapping/spraying nails, offering beverages, cleaning or setting up stations)
- maintaining a pristine work environment for yourself and others
- cash drawer management
- opening and closing the shop
- overseeing cleaning and operational duties
- is reliable + has full availability (including evenings + weekends)
- has tremendous customer service, is friendly + approachable
- works well independently as well as apart of a tight knit team
- leads by example by providing an exceptional guest/employee experience
- is a natural problem solver
- acts with confidence and works well with others
- contributes to a positive working environment
- will assist others in cleaning / setting up for appointments
- will maintain a well-developed knowledge of the services and products we offer
